1. 用途

RentV2 Backup 是用于自主管理房租系统备份与灾难恢复的工具，供系统所有者及其授权管理人员使用，不面向公众提供云存储服务。

2. 授权与责任

使用者须有权处理要备份的数据及要授权的 Google Drive 账号。使用者负责妥善保管 OAuth 凭据、加密密钥、备份服务器登录信息和业务数据，并负责定期校验备份与执行恢复演练。

3. 数据操作

工具可在操作者指定的备份目录中创建、读取、校验、下载和删除归档。删除操作按管理员配置的保留策略执行；建议定期检查云端副本及可恢复性。

4. 服务可用性

Google Drive API、网络线路与服务器环境可能发生故障或受到配额限制。本工具不保证第三方服务永不中断；关键数据应保留独立的本地及异地备份。
